Father And Son

It's not time to make a change
Just relax, take it easy
You're still young that's your fault
There's so much you have to know
Find a girl settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, i am old
But i'm happy

I was once like you are now
And i know that it's not easy
To be calm when you've found
Something's going on
But take your time, think a lot
Think of everything you've got
For you will still be here tomorrow
But your dreams may not

How can i try to explain
When i do he turns away again
It's always been the same
Same old story
From the moment i can talk
I was ordered to listen
Now there's a way and i know
That i have to go away
I know i have to go...

It's not time to make a change
Just sit down and take it slowly
You're still young that's your fault
There's so much you have to go through
Find a girl settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, i am old but i'm happy

All the times that i've cried
Keeping all the things i knew inside
It's hard, but it's harder to ignore it
If they were right i'd agree
But it's them they know not me
Now there's a way and i know
That i have to go away
I know i have to go...

Magazines

Magazinesperiodicalsglossies, or serials are publications that are printed with ink on paper or distributed online (or other forms of electronic communication), and generally published on a regular schedule and containing a variety of content.
They are generally financed by advertising, by a purchase price, by pre-paid magazine subscriptions, or all three. At its root, the word magazine refers to a collection or storage location. In the case of written publication, it is a collection of written articles.
Magazines can be distributed through the mail; through sales by newsstandsbookstores, or other vendors; or through free distribution at selected pick-up locations. Sales models for distribution fall into three main categories.

Newspapers

A newspapre is a publication containing news, information and advertising.

Newspapers often have articles on political events, crime, business, art, entertaiment, society and sports.
Most traditional papers also have an editorial page containing columns that express the personal opinions of writers.

Other sections may contain comics, crosswords, horoscopes, weather forecasts, advice, gossip, food, obituaries, classified ads, critical reviews of movies, plays, restaurants and other columns.
Newspapers are most often publishied daily or weekly.

Television

Television is one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century. It's sometimes good and sometimes negative.
It's positive when learn, get information, watch movies and have fun. There are educational programmes, musicals and sports events.
It's negative when it shows violence or it's boring.

We have a remote control to change channels. We shouls use it to select good programmes.
TV demands silence and attention. With the TV on, there's lack of communication with our families and friends. At least, we should try to talk about TV programmes with them.

Computers

Computers are essential to solve problems. Wherever you go, you can find a computer working. In the past, without computers, solving problems requiered a lot of workers. They use to spend more time and more paperwork was needed.

Computers can do many thing faster and better than people can. They never get tired and never forget infomration. They are sometimes used to do many boring or dangerous tasks.

Computers are used in Bussiness, Indrustry, Education, Medicine and in most of other fileds.
Some people think computers will remove the human element, for example, the teacher student relationship working with computers all the time can be boring and may cause psychological problems.

The World Wide Web, also known as Web or WWW, is a collection of files called Web sites or Web pages that have information in text form, pictures, souns and videos apart from being connected with other files.

They are identified by a universal resource localizer (URL) that speficies the transference protocol, the address of the machine's Internet and the file's name. For example: a URL might be http://www.richmond.com.ar.

The computer programmes called explorers like Navigator, netscape or Internet Explorer, Microsoft, use the protocol http to get the files back. New kinds of files are created continually for the WWW that have, for example, or virtual reality (VRML).

The Internet

The Internet is an INTERnational information NETwork that allows millions of computers users around the world to exchange information. The Internet makes it possible for people to communicate by e-mail (electronic mail) and to search for information on the World Wide Web. It was developed by the American Department of Defence in the 60's. Later, companies decided to go on the Internet to create websites for the public. Today, the Net is the largest source of information.

Universities and libraries display information on the Net, where everybody can search for it and use it to their advantage. Since the web is growing, there is no encyclopaedia as complete as the Internet.

You can even see the latest pictures of the Mars expeditio.
As you can see, the Internet is a marvelous medium, but sometimes information included there is not reliable. It can be very useful because it provides infotmation and entertainment for grown-ups and children, but it also has certain disadvantages.

"...And... is a little uncomfortable, but it is the only way that
children give us some attention during class ..."
